Refund policy
At EsoCam, we take pride in delivering high-quality CAD/CAM design, CNC programming, and consulting services. Because our work involves custom digital files and personalized technical support, we handle refunds carefully to ensure fairness to both parties.
1. Custom Design & Programming Services
All CAD/CAM designs, CNC programs, and setup sheets are considered custom digital deliverables. Once a project has been started or files have been delivered, refunds are generally not available due to the time and resources invested in development.
If there is an issue with file accuracy, formatting, or compatibility, we will revise or correct the deliverable at no additional charge until it meets the agreed project scope.
2. Consulting & Support Services
Consulting sessions (including remote setup, process optimization, or training) are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
If you need to reschedule a booked session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
3. Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual EsoCam subscriptions, you may cancel anytime, and you will retain access until the end of the billing period. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided, but you will not be charged again after cancellation.
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@cncproservices.com with your order number, project details, and the reason for your request.
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with a resolution.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be approved in cases of duplicate payments, accidental overcharges, or system errors.
